About US

P3 is a non-profit support group for parents or other loved ones with special needs kids. P3 was founded in 2011 by Joan and Steve Graves. The driving philosophy behind P3 is that it takes parents, community members and faith to provide all these very special kids and their parents need. It is P3’s goal to utilize all three components to strengthen each other in ways each needs and can enjoy.

P3’s volunteer staff consists of  special & general education teachers, speech pathologists, occupational therapist, medical professionals, business leaders, pastors, social workers and others with a burning passion for our mission and members.

We are based in Winchester, KY but have members across throughout the state of Kentucky, across the nation and even around the world. Locally we have monthly meetings and special events throughout the year.  We know how hard it can be to get away so many of our meetings include a social group for the kids while parents gather in a separate room.

Members outside our meeting range can participate through our Facebook group page. Because of the sensitivity and nature of things discussed the group is closed. However, current members can suggest someone be added to the group or an individual can ask to join the group.  In addition to Facebook and this WordPress blog you may find us on Pinterest and Twitter.  If you have further questions, comments or would like to request a media interview, you may do so by emailing us at P3specialneeds.gmail.com.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you will let us serve your very special needs.
